Organizational Structure
The Alabama Quassarte Tribal Town operates under a constitutional government
Executive Leadership
The Chief and Second Chief lead the executive departments, overseeing day-to-day tribal operations, managing tribal employees, and implementing legislation.
Governing Committee
The Governing Committee oversees membership, approves budgets, and establishes policies that govern the Alabama Quassarte Tribal Town in conjunction with the Chief.
Judicial Leadership
The Tribal Court system adjudicates matters under tribal law, protecting the rights of tribal members and upholding the sovereignty of the nation.

Tribal Constitution & Laws
The Alabama Quassarte Tribal Town operates under a tribal constitution that establishes the framework of our government, defines the rights of tribal members, and affirms our sovereignty as a federally recognized nation. Our laws and ordinances are enacted by the Governing Committee in accordance with the constitution.
